**1. Shipping Locations**

- We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

**2. Processing Time**

- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

**3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time**

- **Standard Shipping:** Delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- **Express Shipping:** Delivery within 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.

*Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the location and other factors beyond our control.*

**4. Shipping Charges**

- **Standard Shipping:** Free for orders above INR 999. A nominal fee of INR 50 will be charged for orders below INR 999.
- **Express Shipping:** A flat fee of INR 100 will be charged for all orders.

**5. Order Tracking**

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the email on our shipping partner’s website.

**6. Delivery Attempts**

- Our delivery partner will make two attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- In case of a failed delivery, our customer support team will contact you to reschedule the delivery or process a refund.

**7. Package Inspection**

- We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. If you notice any damage or tampering, please do not accept the package and contact our customer support immediately.

**8. Undeliverable Packages**

- Occasionally, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other reasons.
- If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment or process a refund.

**9. Address Changes**

- If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
