complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied

**Return and Refund Policy**
**Eligibility for Returns:**
- Returns are accepted only within **7 days** from the date
you receive the product.
- The product must be **un-used, unwashed, and in the same
condition** that you received it.
- **All tags, original packaging, and materials** should be
intact and in perfect condition.
- Items purchased as part of a **sale or promotion** may be
ineligible for returns.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
- **Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear** are non-returnable
due to hygiene reasons.
- **Personalized or customized products** cannot be
returned.
- **Gift cards and vouchers** are non-returnable.
**Return Process:**
1. **Initiate Return:** Contact our customer support team at
returns@shytup.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Please provide your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant
photos if applicable.
2. **Return Authorization:** Once your return request is
approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on
how to send your item back to us.
3. **Packaging:** Ensure the product is securely packed in
its original packaging, including all tags and materials, to prevent any damage
during transit.
4. **Shipping:** You will be responsible for the cost of
shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to
ensure your return reaches us safely.
**Refund Process:**
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10
business days.
- In case of rejection due to non-compliance with our return
policy, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
**General Conditions:**
- **Proof of Purchase:** A valid proof of purchase is
required for all returns and refunds.
- **Inspection:** All returned items are subject to
inspection to ensure they meet the conditions stated above.
- **Damaged or Defective Products:** If you receive a
damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support immediately.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
- **Exchanges:** At this time, we do not offer direct
exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for
